#### Position Description:


Manage and lead a team of special bid pricers to achieve agreed KPIs.

\- Run the department’s operational management system to achieve Key
Performance Indicators (Pricing cycling time, business control within pricing)
\- Liaise with other Lenovo functions, mainly sales / ISSR team and profit
managers team to improve current process and cooperation
\- Ensure that the team meet business controls requirements.
\- Manage workload balancing, vacation and sickness cover in the team.
Identify resource issues
\- Actively lead, participate and support all process improvement and
deployment activities.
\- Achieve people management goals of driving high performance culture,
personnel development, recognition and retention of best employees, and
creation of a climate of empowerment, ownership and constant improvement.
\- Collaboration and trust: network and utilize group experience, share
knowledge and support and encourage teamwork. Ensure personal integrity and
responsibility in all relationships
\- Take participation in projects
\- Act as a role model, ensure regular value add communication

#### Position Requirements:


Education
\- Degree or Equivalent Business experience
Experience
\- Financial background or experience would be advantageous
Competencies
\- Proven track record of delivering results in metric sdriven
operational environment
\- Strong communication and negotiating skills
Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
\- Fluent Business English (oral and written)

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2100 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part
