Life Science - Pharmaceutical DCS Project Execution

Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the Life Science project supervisor/manager to effectively implement of all projects assigned to the group.
2. Implement the responsible projects complying with the company standard procedures.
3. Monitor the schedule performance and maintain an updated schedule at all time for the responsible projects.
4. Provide timely and accurate update to the project supervisor/manager on the project-related reports.
5. Update the project supervisor/manager weekly on his/her chargeable hour’s amount (weekly timesheet).
6. Prepare the project-related documents drawings for the responsible projects.
7. Assist the Contract Admin on the contract administration, such as payment billing on time, shipment on time, LC documents collection on time and payment collection on time.
8. Assist project supervisor/manager to prepare an accurate estimate of cost timely.
9. Monitor and control the responsible project cost to improve the project gross margin or at least to maintain it as the booked value.
10. Achieve customer satisfaction on the responsible project implementation.
11. Deliver the contract commitments for the responsible projects.
12. Assist the project supervisor/manager to collect the payment receivable.
13. Assist on training, software design and configuration.
14. Deliver and close the project as early as possible.
15. Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.

Basic Qualifications
1. Strong computer proficiency.
2. University degree in engineering discipline.
3. Minimum 3 years working experience in the instrumentation and control sector, preferably some working experience with foreign owned companies. Should possess a good understanding of the process control business in China.
4. Hardware, software and engineering work experience of process automation control system, DCS or PLC.
5. Be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English. CET-4 or above.
6. Good presentation skill and strong organizational sales skills.
7. Self-motivated, outgoing personality.
8. Occupational Health and Safety Acumen

Preferred Qualifications
Life Science - Pharmaceutical Industry experience with strong computer proficiency.
Knowledge and experience in Batch Control will be a plus.
Knowledge and experience in VBA, HTML5 and JavaScript will be a plus.
Knowledge in IT - network or virtualization will be a plus.
Knowledge in MCC, Valve Island / Valve Terminal, Field construction will be a plus.
Knowledge in GMP/cGMP/GAMP, Validation will be a plus.
