What will be your role?

DELMIA Dassault Systémes brand for digital manufacturing, is looking for a high integrity, performance oriented individual to support Sales and Marketing department to qualify software sales opportunities and secure introductory meetings for DELMIA Sales team in China.

For DELMIA Business Development:
  • Proficient to do independent research using data from a variety of sources such as LinkedIn, Web, and Internal Systems (Siebel)
  • Research and Identify key manufacturing decision makers for targeted accounts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls
  • Research and follow key target accounts and industry trends. Manage long and complex sales.
  • Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision making personnel to drive the sales process forward
  • Build and manage lead development pipeline
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities.
  • Leverage and utilize DELMIA marketing related events, seminars, mailing campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence.
  • Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends in Manufacturing such as Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, Continuous Improvement
For DELMIA Marketing Support:
  • Lead the execution of lead generation programs in conjunction with field account management. (i.e. events, online, email, web)
  • Build and entertain a good customer database, search customer contacts and maintain the customer database. Identify / Tag DELMIA users
What key success factors?
  • Lead generation/Telemarketing, B2B and Inside Sales Experience
  • Successful development and maintenance of positive customer relationships
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes( Highly Desired)
  • Experience with high ticket long sales cycles (Highly Desired)
  • Experience with inside or field sales (IT or enterprise software sales preferred
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Software
  • Experienced CRM user – i.e. Salesforce Application
  • Inside Sales – Telemarketing
  • Communication skills with Executive Decision Makers
  • Aggressive self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence and aptitude to interview senior-level decision makers across a broad range of sectors and uncover
  • business needs
