Give lecture in a Chinese vocational medical college for dental nursing students ,teaching material provided

.Job Responsibilities

Teach and mentor apprentices undertaking the apprenticeship qualification including but not limited to induct, observe, assess and review their work
Motivate and provide support to apprentices to achieve the relevant skills, knowledge and behaviors toward their End Point Assessment
Provide guidance and keep up-to-date relevant formation to apprentices and their employers
Conduct reviews with apprentices and their employers
Maintain progress record of apprentices and ensure to meet timetable in line with targets and KPI’s
Attend regular standardisation training sessions and meetings
Deliver training and support either face to face or via webinars as the business requires
Engage in a harmonious relationship with the members of the delivery team
Job Requirements:

Competency and experience in the dental industry – at least 2+ years’ experience as a qualified dentist or dental nurse
Proven experience in handling caseload management
Proven track record of consistently achieving performance targets
Acts with high professionalism, enthusiastic approach and has the ability to provide constructive feedback
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization and possess a customer-service mindset
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
A team player but also thrives as an individual contributor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 10000 to 20000RMB per month
