YOUR CHALLENGE

• Taking the idea to the mass production
• Creation of 3D CAD models of parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies to fulfill the project order.
• Brainstorming new concepts and ideas for new products with keeping an eye on manufacturability
• Verify design with FEA calculation and prototyping
• Keeping work on time according to schedule
• Work close with suppliers and QC team to ensure designed parts are able to manufacture stable and cost efficient (DFMA)
• Assemble prototypes with the assembly department
• Internal cooperation with other departments such as Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales, Product Management
• Ability to travel international

YOUR PROFILE

• Mechanical Engineering degree (Master)
• 3+ years practical experience in similar function in the suspension field
• Extensive CAD skills (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
• English Business fluent is a must, Chinese abilities preferred
• SAP skills are a plus
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills profile
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy
• Proactive and highly self-driven personality
• Able to work productively in a team with
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as Forging, Casting, CNC, Surface treatment and finishes
• Familiar with quality systems and concept of continuous improvement
