Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限- Ensure the fulfillment of product design target, especially regarding CAD-Development, CAD-Design and documentation- Support Product Manager Mechanical to reach timing, technique, cost and quality targets- Continuous improvement of product design and product design related processMain Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责- EPAS Steering gear development, inclusive product design, drawing generation, technical solution creation and team member for prototype manufacture program, DVP&R result analysis, localization program, production launch program and VE/VA activities.- Administration of engineering documents, technical specifications and engineering data in PLM- Product change management
