#### Position Description:


-Service maintenance utility impact assessment
-Field service tools development, validation and update
-Problem determination content creation & maintenance
-Field Tools platform design, security & business controls -GEO serivce collaboration

-对新产品需要使用的服务维护软件进行评估
-维修工具开发、验证和升级
-问题诊断内容撰写和维护
-维修工具平台设计、安全及业务风险管控

#### Position Requirements:


\- Familiar with PC product service and related service tools; Related hands
on experience preferred
\- Familiar with common PC/Windows software usage and support. Linux skills
preferred.
\- UEFI development skills/experiences preferred. Other tool development
experience is a plus
\- Good Chinese and English communication skill;
proficient with English writing and speaking

1.熟悉计算机产品售后维修服务，有实际经验者（技术支持Level 1.5/2）优先
2\. 熟悉计算机/Windows软件使用及技术支持；熟悉Linux优先
3\. UEFI开发经验者优先，其他服务工具开发经验者优先
4.中英双语达到日常工作沟通水平(书面及口语交流)
