What will you do if join us? Strategy Implementer/ 战略执行者 • Act as manager role to lead distributor own business including daily management, learning and development 作为经理的角色引领分销商自有业务包括日常管理、学习及发展 • Keep balance with different distributors in same office and good conflict management 保持不同分销商在同一办事处的业务平衡并做好冲突管理 • Research and transfer the MBP to distributor and accurately quarterly check percentage complete and offer the feedback to distributor 研究和传递MBP 政策,季度性精确测算完成率并反馈分销商。 • Research and transfer information such BU, products, price and so on to distributor timely BU、产品、价格等政策信息的及时解读和传递。 Sales Coach / 销售指导员 • Coach Distributor to develop own business customer Help develop distributor own business target customer, CDP 分销商自主业务目标客户开发、CDP。 • Help distributor draft people development plan and implement, push the learning via E-learning and on site 帮助分销商制定人员发展计划并实施,推进E-learning及现场等形式学习。 • Pay attention and participate in daily operation of distributor and give advice 关注并参与分销商的日常管理等,并提出建议。 • Good communication with distributor management 和分销商的管理层有良好沟通。 • Collect the information from distributor (organization change, strategy adjust, incentive adjust, sales and technical change) and transfer to relevant person收集分销商内部信息(组织结构、公司战略、奖金机制、销售技术人员等变化)并传递给相关人。 Market Knowledge/ 市场认知 • Knowledge the distributor and distributor's own customer, main branch and market ,main competitor of distributor认知分销商以及分销商背后的客户,客户行业、市场、竞争对手等情况。 • Knowledge the forecast of distributor's O.R., Stock, Outbound, EDI/E-booking/ E-flow EDI/E-booking/ E-flow etc.认知分销商的订单、库存、出货等预测,EDI、电子订票、电子流程等相关事宜。 Cases in Siemens/ 西门子内部事宜 • Maintain the distributor in Philos; 在Philos中维护分销商信息。 • Coordinate the cooperation between distributor and siemens; coordinate the resource from Siemens to push distributor business 协调分销商和西门子各部门的合作,协调西门子合理资源。 • Follow Siemens compliance regulation and rule 遵守西门子合规要求和规则 Who are we looking for? • At least 5 years sales experience at industry automation field 5年以上工业行业销售经验 • Major in Electrical Engineering , Motor and Drive orientation is preferred 电气、电机、驱动相关专业本科及以上学历 • Be familiar with at least one vertical branch 熟悉至少一个行业 • Knowing industry ecosystem of Tangshan area is highly recommended, especially metal, chemical, pharm etc. 了解冶金、化工,制药等相关行业优先考虑 • Capable of scouting and targeting potentials 善于挖掘和锁定潜在客户 • Being able to independently work out basic technical proposal based on customer's requirement. 能够根据客户的要求独立完成基本的技术方案 • Being able to handle not only products business, but also system and solution business 对解决方案类业务熟悉 • Fast-learning and adaptive-capacity 快速学习和适应能力 • Can accept frequent biz trips 接受出差 Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Ltd., China Experience Level: Mid-level Professional Job Type: Full-time
