DIGITAL GROWTH & WEB OPERATIONS MANAGER

Reports to: Sales Director
Goal: Build, measure, and optimize the Diversitech Global website to generate high-quality MQLs (Marketing-Qualified Leads) for the Alibaba sales team.
Location: Full time role BASED in Hangzhou, China

ROLE OVERVIEW
- This is not a marketing coordinator role - it’s a funnel architect and company website performance operator.
- You are expected to be the sole manager and expert technical wizard working to the demands of the senior B2B sales director and respective department.
- You’ll manage SEO, CRO, and analytics to turn the Diversitech website into a predictable MQL machine.
- You’ll coordinate internal resources (copy, graphics, SEO, ops) and external partners (web developers, agencies), and ensure every marketing decision is backed by measurable data from GA4.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Funnel & Website Management
Build, optimize, and manage the five key funnels (E-Com Sellers, D2C Brands, Wholesalers, Inventors, Product Ranges).

Define clear conversion goals (CTA clicks, form submissions, downloads, WhatsApp inquiries).

Maintain CMS, ensuring each funnel page follows a consistent design system and schema.

2. SEO & Content Supervision
Oversee existing SEO specialists — enforce keyword strategy by funnel.

Collaborate with copywriter and graphics team to publish high-intent content.

Conduct monthly audits for on-page optimization, internal linking, and meta accuracy.

3. Analytics & Performance
Own GA4 + GTM setup: event tagging, funnel tracking, scroll-depth, CTA clicks.

Build Looker Studio dashboards for weekly and monthly reporting.

Translate analytics into action plans (which funnel leaks, which magnets perform).

4. Lead Management & CRM Integration
Ensure all MQLs flow automatically into OKKI CRM.

Monitor SLA compliance (first response <10 minutes, follow-up <1 business day).

Create lead-quality feedback loops with Alibaba backend team.

5. Continuous Improvement
Run A/B tests on page layouts, CTAs, and forms.
Recommend UX changes to raise conversion rates.
Own the marketing-to-sales handoff metrics: MQL → SQL → Closed Won.

REQUIRED SKILLS
4+ years in digital growth / web operations / B2B lead funnels.
Hands-on experience in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
Experience managing remote SEO, design, and content contributors.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS (WordPress, Next.js, or similar).
Strong analytical ability; comfortable setting quantifiable KPIs.
Fluent English written & spoken. Mandarin a plus.
