Job Description

As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Engage with Silicon Validation teams to drive toward and meet test coverage milestones on time.
• Identify risks to meeting product milestones due to test content issues and drive closure by engaging with test and debug teams.
• Strategic engagement with Business Units to drive SKU stack definition to meet wafer utilization requirements and to ensure a viable supply.
• Proactively identify and communicate supply risk and take appropriate actions to ensure Intel's ability to meet or exceed customer needs.
• Provide Power/Performance guidance to the fabs and monitor performance vs expectations.
• Promote content sharing and matching where possible across products.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

The candidate must possess at least the following degree(s) plus the years of experience determined for each of the areas specified below:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study with 2+ years of experience; OR
• Master's degree Electrical Engineering or a related field of study

Preferred Qualifications:

• Data analytics or scripting project work or course work with experience in Python, SQL, Perl, C, or C# is strongly preferred.
• Fundamentals of Device Physics through 2 related courses in school or 2+ years

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
