Job Description
Eaton’s Vehicle division is currently seeking a DO & Talent Attraction Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Aguascalientes facility. The DO & Talent Attraction Analyst is responsible for Coordinate all talent attraction activities for the site, coordinate all the Organizational Development activities for the site and train the employees and MOP´s on the procedures related DO and TA. Some activities related with the position will be: Support the setup of HR systems, process, and employees for the new Aguascalientes manufacturing site Lead the employment job postings, recruiting, hiring, and processing (HRIS data entry and recruiting requisition processing) of all the site. Provide counsel and support to resolve interpersonal conflicts and employee relations issues. Coordinate various Plant Engagement, Recognition and Wellness Programs and Events. Lead training for the full integration of the Eaton leadership model and values within our new manufacturing site to drive world class performance. Assist in planning, developing and administering a site-wide robust development plans. Build relationships with client groups that work to enhance overall communications at facility. Assist the leaders of the site to manage the changes. Engage, guide and direct employee involvement in community events. Partner with management to ensure positive employee relations. Coach managers on effective handling of retention, performance management, and engagement. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results. Continuously improve HR processes through the utilization on Continuous Improvement tools. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar. English – language capability would be a plus. 3 years experience in HR area.
