This position is projected to recover DOA equipment in LAS territory in order
to perform the entire repair process for machines classified as DOA with the
objective to set them and rejoin them to sales inventory, the candidate must
generate a strategy in each country to initially manage the inventory of DOA
machines and determine which ones would go to the refurbish process according
to the viability of repair cost analysis, also the candidate must monitoring
the appropriate repair process and quality control of the equipment and
finally ensure the appropriate packaging conditions for sale.
Together with the eCommerce commercial team and the opportunities that arise
in the different Retail and distributors, ensure the sale of the refurbished
machines monitoring the inventories and keeping them stocked.
Primary responsibilities will include the following:
Program Design and Management
• Planning strategy to identify the market needs in each country and determine
the equipment models to go to the refurbish process acording to the market.
• Ability to clarify the objectives of the research and evaluate support
needed
• Establish relationships with retailers and distributors to identify and
stablish new sales channels
• Execute an economic analysis to determine the viability of the repair cost
Vs the profit of the sale
• Tracking and monitoring of sales inventories with the eCommerce team to
ensure the sales and stock availability in the inventories of each country.
• Ensure the correct set up of the warranty of refurbished equipment in Lenovo
systems
Operational Support
• Establish the process to achieve the correct packing and labeling of the
device refurbished.
• Teamwork to interconnect with the areas involved in the repair process.
• Technical skills to monitor an appropriate repair and quality control
process
#### Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or another quantitative
field.
• 3+ years of experience with data collection, evaluation, reporting and
analysis.
• 3+ in customer experience roles.
• Strong B2B industry experience, preferably in global companies
• Knowledge of sales and inventory management preferred.
Technical skills in repair process.
