The Test Automation Intern helps with designing, developing, testing, and operating custom software for all brands and services of BMW Group (BMW, BMWi, BMW Motorrad, MINI, Rolls-Royce, etc) for both local and Global markets. 

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

• Development of automated test scripts for critical custom developed products.
• Development of Automation tools and programming languages.
• Reporting results o test script runs to Test Management repository.
• Review design documentation sufficient to understand testing requirements.
• Gaining an understanding of and use of application development tools and programming languages.

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ME, EE, Data Analytics, or similar.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with one or more of the following object oriented programming laguages: Javascript (preferred), C#, Python, Swift.
• Experience with Git based source code version control.
• Proven ability to work on team-based IT projects.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. 
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term. 
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE (January 3rd Until May 6th).
