Job Description
Siemens Global Business Service in Prague is opening vacant positions (part time base) called Contract Administrator. What will you do? Data Collection and sorting for contract administration process Data Validation and Clarification with respective stakeholders Data transferring into standard format of respective Contract templates Completing contracts in the contracting tool including final sign off procedure Contract Archiving Contract status monitoring and reporting including preparation of specific presentations What do we want from you? Upper intermediate level of English Experience with contract management is advantage Previous experiences in customer service / administration MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Analytical thinking, detailed oriented and collaborative We also offer you An interesting job in a fast paced environment with an international company Duration: 4 Months 4 hours a day Meal vouchers Organization: Global Business Services Company: Siemens, s.r.o.
