The Data Center Engineering and Architecture Group (DPEA) is looking for a People Operations Manager to join their creative team. This position will be responsible for leading a range of Hiring, Onboarding, and Retention efforts for the organization's 3,000 employees and worldwide sites.
The DPEA Business Operations team are proud thought leaders and risk takers, having innovated and incubated initiatives that have since been scaled across the company. We are looking to bring on another passionate and fearless leader to the team to continue to ideate, communicate and lead organizational change.
Responsibilities for the DPEA People Operations manager role could include:
- Coordinating across DPEA-1 groups, Staffing and HR to enable hiring in line with organizational goals including affordability and site strategies (co-location, capacity etc.).
- Partnering with Staffing and Business Operations to draft and drive initiatives to simplify, de- bureaucratize and improve effectiveness of our hiring processes.
- Lead OKR's/goals focused on building our Intern and College Graduate (Entry Level) talent pipelines including overseeing and growing university college campus recruiting programs as well as strategic partnerships with key universities.
- Support efforts to increase organizational diversity in critical areas aligned with Intel's RISE ambitions.
- Define and lead efforts in partnership with HR to improve the effectiveness of employee onboarding and integration, as well as improving retention of critical talent.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in previous Business Operations, HR, Staffing roles or similar roles/fields.
- 3+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- 2+ years of experience working with multi-cultural teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
