As a DSCPIP-HR Business Partner, you will be part of the Electrification Products Business and Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) based in Xiamen. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
You will provide managers/employees with consultancy on HR issues, ensures implementation of agreed HR policies and represents the needs of the business on HR policy, including on Labor Relations.
- ? Act as the HR partner to line managers: understands business needs and support on building up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs.
- ? Build performance culture in the organization; Implement group and global business performance standards, KPIs and targets to enhance business performance; Identify performance issues and take actions to address them in close collaboration with company HR and CoE; Recognize and reward high performance in individuals and teams.
- ? Ensure competency development actions are in place to support business strategy; Implement learning and development activities to build and improve competence in collaboration with CoE and GBS.
- ? Provide talent management support for managers: ensure and maintain a powerful talent “pipeline” for the business.
- ? Represent HR in the workplace, build partnerships between employees, HR and managers. Delivery day to day HR management contact / relationship for employees, including employee welfare, counseling, and grievance redressal, disciplinary processes; facilitate changes.
- ? Ensure adherence to HR policy and to the standards on OHS and Compliance.
- ? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- ? A Bachelor’s degree or above, with Human resources, management or related qualifications.
- ? More than 5 years of working experience in Human Resource.
- ? Fluent in English & Chinese.
- ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ? Proficient in Computer skills.
- ? Strong learning agility.
- ? Self-motivator and Proactive.
- ? Teamwork and Collaboration.
