1.机械或电气工程类相关专业
2.2年以上工作经验，熟悉中压互感器设计或制造工艺的优先考虑
3.熟悉office, Solidworks 和AutoCAD的使用
4.良好的英语读写能力，能用英文良好表达技术方案
5.逻辑分析能力和沟通能力强，能够根据产品特性提前分析并发现因工艺技术变更而可能导致的问题，并在源头上解决该问题
6.能独当一面处理问题，抗压能力强
7.优秀的跨部门沟通能力

As an DSCPIT-Designer, you will be part of the Electrification Products Business and Distribution Solutions Business Line (BL) based in Xiamen. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

? Technical support to oversea and domestic project timely.
? Handle order and maintain SAP system on time.
? Continuously design optimization and cost savings.
? Continuously standardize raw material and finishing goods, reduce inventory
? DTO design for striving for more orders.
? Provide best in class Engineering solutions within own technical area.
? Manage document and drawing, ensure its effective and up to date.
? Lead or/and participate to solve the Top 5 quality issue/problems.
? Optimize business process and tools for higher efficiency.
? Support financial and commercial to update product price regularly.
? Proactively and timely support other functional department based on business needs.
? Other work from administrative team.

? University degree, major in Electrical Engineering or High/Medium Voltage Insulation background is preferred.
? 5+ years of Instrument Transformer Design or Manufacture Experience, Test experience and Switchgear background is plus.
? Familiar with MV CT/VT products, mould and manufacture process.
? Strong business acumen with customer orientation mind.
? Skillful in organizing and coordinating is required.
? Good logic and effective analytical skills, communicate effectively.
? Flexible and strong ability of acculturation is must.
? Fluent in reading, written and speaking English.
? Be result-oriented to drive for improvement of business results.
