eCommerce / DTC Manager, Europe

D2C acceleration is one of the key strategic choices for Royal Canin (RC). Europe has a bold ambition to make this business become a major contributor of RC long term growth.

 

Flagship Store (FGCS) is one of the key platforms that RC is developing in Europe. We need to facilitate build, run and deployment phases of FGS roll-out, ensuring the pace, quality of delivery and smooth integration of D2C Operating model in the markets’ ecosystems. 

We need to drive the business performance of the deployed D2C FGSs by delivering Excellent Execution across EU markets and continuously enhancing the FGS Value proposition based on the learnings.

 

What are we looking for?

•    You’ll be degree educated with strong functional expertise in Digital marketing and E-commerce and DTC.
•    Experience of working on on-line flag ship store ecommerce sites for a FMCG company ir in a related industry.
•    You have project management skills
•    You’ll be an influencer, ready and able to drive significant cultural and thought change.
•    You’ll have excellent analytical skills 
•    You’ll have experience working with supply chain, finance, technology teams.

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

•    You’ll identify the needs of the markets and adapt the D2C Flagship Store value proposition
•    You’ll support the global team in creating the prototypes of the new Value propositions and coordinating the set-up of the pilot tests in the markets
•    You’ll devise and implement D2C FGS development strategy for EU, including market implementation phasing and prioritization of the Value propositions
•    You’ll develop with the global Brand Experience team the Digital Media strategy for FGS maximizing the Reach and Conversion  
•    You’ll provide inputs in the regional S&OP+, including consolidated EU D2C FGS Sales forecast to the central EU WH 
•    Set up together with global team the KPI dashboards to support the market and regional stakeholders with relevant analytics 
•    Together with S&F model and track the DTC FGS P&L, converting the analytics into actionable insights aiming to Improve the FGS performance and efficiency
