1.Company planning and reporting (related to planning cycles):
- Together with BU, prepare / review / finalize the budget planning in each planning cycle including EAI/ EAII / OP.
- Support BU to get funding source confirmation from service receiving companies
- Provide HC information and communicated with DTAG Truck controlling to align budget in China and in Germany
- Prepare relevants report / budget walk to management team regarding the result of each planning cycle, from different perspective and scopes
- Planning MIF submission
2.Budget control as controlling key account
- According to the budget, control the actual spending
- Monthly review actual spending vs planning diviation and check reasonableness of the variances. Pushing BU for timely confirmation of service/goods delivery.
- Support year-end review of full year costs vs annual planning diviation analysis.
- Support supervisor prepare relevants actual costs report to management team (controlling, IT, HQ) from different perspective and scope.
- Relevant contract review and approval.
- New CC creation, entity structure, and cost center cross charge discussion with tax
- Create and maintain cost center, fund center and cost element in SAP
3.Company relavant financial reports
- Collect, review and analyse financial statements and reports
- Perform in-depth evaluations and assessment to generate management information reports
- Judge financial and controlling data with the objective to propose possible corrective measures to manangement-
- Perform deviation and sensibility analysis
- Prepare, review and consolidate FC reports for HQ submission, management meeting presentation
4.Monthly and year-end hard closing and cash forecast
- Monthly closing tasks
- Sales order creation
- MIF reporting
- Icors monthly forecast
- Prepare treasury cashflow forecast report/ Monthly/Planning GTS submission(cashflow)
5.Special tasks and projects:
- Daily operational support and advice to BUs
- Coordinate and lead special tasks and projects within the FC team, and cross functions
- Support internal control activities
- Support BU managers on their internal control tasks
- Coordinate with ICS team
- Ad hoc tasks/topics
