Job Description

1. Collaborate with process engineer to enhance RET for Litho printability improvement
2. Responsible for OPC modeling data collection, optimize
3. Collaborate with NSG OPC team to identify weak point pattern and validate it on Si, inline and/or end of line
4. Partner with other engineering group to execute thru PDCA
5. Develop wafer level test capabilities for quicker data turn around, and real time feedback and drive for improvement;
6. Partner with reticle coordinator for new OPC model tape-out

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of direct experiences in Litho process and OPC
2. Deep understanding of NAND product, operations, process
3. Extensive experience in Litho process, RET, reticle, OPE and OPC
4. Good data mining and strong data analysis skills
5. Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English
6. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
7. Good multitasking and organizational skills
8. Effective presentation skills
9. Ability to lead cross-functional teams for issue resolutions
10. A good Team player
11. Must possess a MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Math, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
