Role Summary
? Implement data analysis with statistical techniques.
? Drive product failure improvement and customer experience elevation with the visualization reporting.
? Build interactive decision support tools and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1) Data analysis
a) Use existing statistical techniques to analysis customer feedback to find the opportunities for continue improvement.
b) Drive product quality improvement by Quality/Cost/Delivery/Service/Technical performance analysis.
c) Co-work with engineering/PM to understand customer potential requirement and drive customer experience elevation.

2) Visualization Reporting and drive improvement
a) Issue regular visualization reporting to ExB team with the tool of Power BI.
b) Drive the improvement both product failure and customer experience.

3) Workflow Integrators
a) Build interactive decision support tools and implement solutions.

4) Other regular job in TSS team
a) 3rd party service management, sample management
b) IP Matrix management
c) QMS Audit management
d) PRD Template & Technical documents management
e) etc.

Education
Bachelors Degree (4 yr) or Equivalent Industry Experience
? Prefer science and engineering major

• Statistics
• Mathematics
• Computer science and technology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis / reporting function.
• Background in quantitative field like Statistics, Mathematics.
• Be great at the Microsoft Office, especially at Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using the visualization data statistic tools, like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in using the basic database: Microsoft SQL, etc.
• Prefer the experience in Python.
