KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead and support Ariba Vendor Enablement in APAC and work closely with sourcing buyers for better vendor account solutions.
• Lead and support Ariba Catalogs build up, including punch-out and static, and work closely with sourcing buyer and category manager for data collection and verification. Responsible for static catalog management in Ariba.
• Drive process automation and innovation.
• Work closely with global purchasing team and lead / support system improvement project in the region.
• Lead and develop of robust analytical tools for APAC purchasing team use based on SAP and HSIMS database and data structure.
• Assist Purchasing Manager on timely delivery of purchasing performance indicators data.
• Develop accurate data structure and user-friendly reports to enhance purchasing efficiency and provide analytical and statistical report support to regional purchasing team.
• Ensure and maintain data accuracy and relevance of the database in holding historical records, data and compliance.
• Identify and short-term and medium-term improvement opportunity in analytical environment based on purchasing data and performance requirements and provide analytical tool to support decision making.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in Commercial, IT, Finance or Business Management field.

Experiences

• 3-5 years working experience in system and data management relevant position.
• 1-2 years in purchasing related field as a plus.
• Experience in analytical role is preferred.
• Collecting data and information form multi-functional team with good interpersonal skills.

Know-how/ Skills

• Good communication skills in Chinese and English both written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge in IT system management, SAP operation & MS - Office package.
• SAP working knowledge, SAP configuration and skills in MM module.
• Statistical assessment and data interpretation knowledge is essential..
• Ability to search and get relevant information.
• Ability to work with analytical models.
• Strong Quantitative/Qualitative Skills.
