Responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purposeRoles and Responsibilities:
Develop agent analytics data foundation (Agent Single View) and deliver agent behavioral analytics deliverables to business units within Agency
Understand agent behavior & monitor movements of key agent’s segments thru big data, providing business insights and recommendation that are relevant in relation to agent strategy and behaviors
Enable the dialogue about the value and meaning of the analytic insights, and making it easy for business stakeholders and senior management to apply data-driving decisions across the business
Explore the availability, access and transformation/ use of structured (sales performance) and unstructured data (agent apps browsing data) for agent analytics purpose
Hands-on develop advanced analytics/ Machine Learning-based solutions to uplift effectiveness of analytics and modelling riding on (i) supervised/ unsupervised Machine Learning techniques (ii) unstructured data e.g. digital footprint
Develop close-loop learning path and ensure insights and learnings are carried out for continuous agent business growth
As the Subject Matter Expert, trainer and advocate to uplift the data analytics skillset and culture of existing analysts pool
Provide influence and advocate on Data Analytics Technology and Adoptions. Work with senior management in setting the agent data strategy and vision. Bring the data analytics capabilities to enable the future business and technology vision across AI, digital, advanced analytics, etc.
Act as a key influencer for the Agent Data Analytics CoE in bringing vision on how to adopt Data Analytics across agency business unit
Work with the business leaders in collaboration around value-driven data analytics and focus effort on what is best to deliver to agency business
Drive to develop and implement of agent analytics solution within agency business unit
Contribute ideas on enriching the agent data
Minimum Job requirements:
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data and Information Management or a related discipline
A data analyst with minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing large scale analytics deliverables/ projects in the Financial Services Industry
Deep experience in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques/algorithms, infused with industry knowledge, to enhance business strategies
Strong in transforming analytical concepts and developments into business strategies and applications for the uplift of business value
Ability to build strong stakeholders’ relationships through thorough understanding of business requirements and the ability to analyse issues to find effective solutions
Solid experience in training analysts on machine learning techniques
Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position
You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities.
The role with responsibility in team management needs to ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements.
