As a Data Analytics Intern, you will be responsible for: Contributing to the Digital Operations Office team to prototype new models, conduct exploratory data analysis, and research data science for multiple use cases Writing and reviewing SQL queries to answer data questions or surface baseline data for explorations Ability work with R and Python programing language to validate data predicable and statistical model use case Ability to create, update, and manage dashboard and reports using analytics tool like Power BI, Tableau, etc. Provide support as needed to other internal teams when specific projects involving data analysis arise Create detailed documentation outlining design, data assessment and technical specifications for use cases Research data integrity issues, identify root cause and support defining improvement plans Communicate any insights or findings identified within data Assist in project management, including engagement strategy, client interactions, planning and scheduling, and tracking deliverables. Help improve and automate current processes to perform better analysis and more engagements. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers: Data visualization skills: quickly and effectively "tell the data story" and use visualization techniques to highlight salient points Knowledge of data mining, analysis, and modeling Knowledge of statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics Experience with at least one key analytics tools (R, SAS, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc) Knowledge of data modeling and You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) Required skills to have for the success of this role: Preferred 3.0 GPA Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in pharmaceutical science, data science, chemical engineering, or related degree (minimum rising junior preferred) At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
