1.Act as an Data Architect at the highlevel scope to develop technology standard and governance, process specification and systems integration requirements

2.Define vision, strategy, & principles for data management for clients

3.Design overall data architecture and data modelling, as well as standards and processes for data governance  Develop strategies and plans for BI system / big data analytics applications

4.Analyze and translate the client’s business requirements into architectural designs and technology solutions and support requirements assessment, solution and process planning, Agile implementation, enterprise blueprint/architecture, prototyping, and impact analysis

5.Produce detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications, governance standard and development process

6.Develop and analyze solution options based on business demand, provide comparison and recommendations on the technical integrity of the solutions, cost effectiveness and supportability that meets client requirements and industry best practices

7. Guild data engineer, and make sure the working quality of data engineer.

1.University Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering related disciplines

2.Minimum 10 years' experience of IT/data project experience with at least 5 years’ hands-on project solution experience in data architecture

3.Expert in data architecture and design, data strategy, data governance, data modelling, data quality, data warehouse, business intelligence/analytics, master data management, etc

4.Strong in conceptual, logical, object, and relational data modelling

5.Experience in defining data architecture frameworks and blueprints for large scale development efforts

6.Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements

7.Ability to define multiple solution options to business problems

8.Strong project management skill and experienced in managing onshore/offshore team

9.Possess passion and ability to learn new technologies
