Drive continuous improvement of local data processes and systems, related reports and metrics.

Analyze and report data quality results for the region, identify opportunities for improvements in the country, benchmark results internally and externally and develop action plans to improve supply chain processes.

Acts as China Data Lead in the Regional Data Community of Practice (COP) to ensure data quality by working with Regional Supply Chain Data Management (SCDM) and the data SME in other countries.

Manage local data technology & tools such as the SAP ECC, APO & SNC, Master Data Workflow (MDWF), Win-Shuttle, Enterprise Data Grid (Governance) & Business Warehouse Reporting

Identify the data training needs, and develop a plan and effective local training materials/ SOP.
