Intel looking for a creative, energetic marketer who excels in working across teams to develop programs that reach key end customer audiences. Working closely with the entire marketing org, this role will facilitate roll out of campaign strategy, identify areas where resources are needed, maintain project milestones to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and manage project timelines and communication to ensure on-time performance against key deliverables in support of the worldwide marketing teams
Monitor day-to-day progress of marketing initiatives, enforce project timelines, oversee initiative status, and assist with the sharing of information and handoffs across the team
Support the development, maintenance of internal project management and campaign performance reporting tools
Assist with campaign documentation
Set agendas and lead weekly team planning calls
Create and publish weekly progress reports to ensure that project deadlines and budget expectations are met
Identify, analyze, and address risks that could affect the success of a project
Lead the continuous improvement and implementation of discipline excellence with the project team
Conduct process audits and develop and maintain departmental process documentation
Gather and disseminate marketing project management best practices to key stakeholders and train stakeholders on key marketing processes
A successful candidate will demonstrate:

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. 
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experiences in B2B

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Lean 6 Certification
  • SCRUM Methodology

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
