Plans, provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost. Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues. Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.

Lead and drive execution of next generation data center products in Power and Performance Validation Labs. Trouble shoot issues and unblock individual contributors for making fast paced progress. Resolve conflicts and prioritize validation tasks based on the projects critical paths in a dynamic and fast paced execution environment. Promote a collaboration atmosphere and make data driven decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience running/leading validation and tests in a fast paced and dynamic validation lab environment.

• Great communication skills being able to break down and articulate complex engineering problems for debug and root causing purposes.

• Ability to work with teams from different disciplines and locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Intel Architecture

• Familiarity with Data Center SoCs
