Job Description

The Products and Platform Team within the Data Center and AI Marketing Group, in Intel's Global Marketing Organization, is chartered with delivering clear, consistent, and compelling messaging and value propositions for DCAI products and technologies. As a member of this team, you will partner in the success of marketing Data Center security technologies.

As the Data Center Security Lead Marketing Strategist, you will develop Intel's data center security marketing strategy and own the value propositions for DCAI privacy and security that are determined through market and audience research. You will work across functional leads and champion effective marketing operations that drive market awareness, consideration, and preference Intel's Data Center Security technologies. By establishing Intel's value and relevance in security, your value proposition guidance and content strategy will influence thought leadership, analyst relations, events, proof point building and campaign marketing efforts at Intel.

To achieve this, you will need to develop an in-depth knowledge of Intel security products and technologies, product roadmaps and disclosure planning and product value positioning. Ideally you are someone who quickly learns and is a rapid adopter of leading marketing best practices. You know how to navigate cross functional leadership in a highly matrixed environment and engage key cross functional contributors in simultaneous workstreams to scale marketing efforts.

  • You will be accountable for ensuring all Data Center Security and technologies are marketed effectively through messaging alignment across the organization.

  • You will develop and manage a security plan that comprehends knowledge on product readiness, product value positioning and end-user core value prop, roadmap and calendar, market segmentation, ecosystem leadership needs, testing plans, as well as disclosure planning.

  • Direct responsibilities include leading data center product thought-leadership positioning and end user narratives for security technologies, supporting Intel's data center product launches and key events and becoming a knowledgeable point of contact (SME) to Intel's marketing team.

  • Direct functions also include engagement with Global Partner Marketing and key eco-system partners to drive proof points and showcase Intel's thought leadership in security in the cloud.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science related field.

  • 6+ years of proven marketing or product management experience in security technology.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in:

  • 1:1 Engagement experience working with F500 based customers.

  • Security background with the ability to influence CXO's and especially CISO's.

  • Background in security technical product and solutions including customer enablement in complex project environments.

  • Security technologies.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
