1. Data Center Specialist / Operator (Banking)

My client is a well-established IT vendor who is now looking for several Data Centre professionals to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 technical support to data center IT operations and services provision
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for scheduled and non-scheduled activities
• Perform equipment installation, cables installation, equipment decommission and housekeeping
• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports
• Exhibit quality workmanship on all work
• Company will provide training workshops and on-the-job training to new joiner

Requirements

• Technical Institute graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline prefer but not must
• Experienced in Data Centre operation
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English
• Discipline, self-initiative, self-motivate
• Willing to perform 7*24 shift pattern
