Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of computer, system and hardware in a data center
• Monitor and troubleshoot server equipment installed in the production environment
• Handle system operation work like backup, report generation and other system housekeeping work
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and incident escalation
• Monitor and Control the IT services and IT infrastructure

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant IT experience
• Preferably Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Willing to work in shift hours (work 12-15 days a month, 12 hours per shift)
• Work independent, analytical, good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hong Kong Permanent Citizen
