Job Descriptions

• Provides Professional Services to support the delivery of Data Center related projects and initiatives on the requirements for structured cablings, data center’s capacity, power, cooling, space and weight sizing.
• Perform BAU support services for activities related to hosting, network, cloud, data storage and critical applications hosted in the Data Center.
• Implement and oversee strategic data center infrastructure systems, which include cablings, power, cooling, fire suppression, and space allocation.
• Establish best-practice processes for ongoing management and maintenance of the Data Center facilities infrastructures.
• Management of Data Center maintenance, preventive and corrective provided by selected vendors to insure compliance with manufacturer's recommendations and data center best practices.
• Oversee inspections and maintenance actions of Data Center facilities equipment, initiate corrective action and follow up to completion.
• Liaise with vendors and other support personnel for problem resolution.
• Review maintenance after action reports and facilities audits to determine trends and equipment functionality.
• Analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
• Document and update accurately and promptly all maintenance logs, incident, service and monthly reports.
• Assist in data center facilities audits for both internal and external when necessary.
• Maintains accurate equipment inventory (CMDB) across the data center and hub rooms locations.
• Emergency on site response to Data Center and hub room incidents or issues and troubleshoot failures and repair when needed.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computing/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Possess 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a 24x7 Data Center environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and to have adept analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge in DC facilities related systems such as PDUs, UPS, DC Rectifier, Generator, CRAUs, Chiller, fire protections, raised floor systems, cooling containment, ATS, etc
• Possess good knowledge of M&E and Network Critical Infrastructure.
• A team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
