Job Duties:

• To perform day-to-day data centre routine duties such as system backup, server reboot, facilities checks, etc.
• Participate and monitor the change implementation related to Data Center Facility Management
• To record issue log and prepare reports

 

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above, preferably with Certificate/Diploma in computer science related discipline.
• Relevant experience in computer operation and customer support of a sizeable data centre is highly preferred
• Shift duties to support 24 hours’ operation are required
• Good communication and customer services skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• HK permanent resident is required

• 處理日常數據中心正常運作，包括後備系統備份，重開侍服器，檢查設施等
• 參與並監督與數據中心設施管理相關的變更實施
• 記錄問題個案及預備報告
• 協助制定及記錄政策及程序

 

入職要求:

• 中五或以上學歷，持資訊科技相關証書優先，應屆畢業生亦可申請
• 具數據中心操作相關經驗更佳
• 需7x24小時輪班輪休工作
• 具良好溝通能力及客戶服務技巧
