The Job:

• To perform day-to-day data centre routine duties such as system backup, server reboot, facilities checks, etc;
• To record issue log and prepare reports
• To assist in the formulation and documentation of data centre policies and procedures
• To preventive and reactive action in order to minimize service interruption

• 處理日常數據中心正常運作，包括後備系統備份，重開侍服器，檢查設施等
• 記錄問題個案及預備報告
• 協助制定及記錄政策及程序
• 執行數據中心的預防措施，以免干擾中心之正常運作

The Person:

• Form 5 graduate or above, preferably with Certificate/Diploma in computer science related discipline. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• 1 year relevant experience in computer operation and customer support of a sizeable data centre is an advantage
• Good knowledge in operating Sun Solaris, Linux, Unix, Windows servers and VMware platform
• Hands-on experience in hotline support and data centre operations
• Shift duties to support 24 hours’ operation are required
• Self-starter, independent and Customer-oriented
• Good communication skill, fluent in both English and Cantonese

• 中五或以上學歷，持資訊科技相關証書優先，應屆畢業生亦可申請
• 具一年數據中心操作的相關經驗優先
• 具Sun Solaris, Linux, Unix, Windows servers和VMware平台操作知識
• 需7x24小時輪班輪休工作
• 主動、良好的溝通能力和客戶服務技巧
