Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc.
• Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled data center maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc.
• Escort customer
• Escalate problem / incident to Manager or Client’s
• Incident handling
• Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment racks & equipment move-in.
• Perform cable connection test for Customers’ IT equipment
• Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list …etc.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in IT / Network / Data Center / ICT related IT subject
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in IT support or Data Center operations
• Good at facilities and resource management, such as rack space, cable management … etc.
• Shift duty required
