Duties:

• Provide technical support including data center operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
• To perform day-to-day data centre routine duties such as system backup, server reboot, facilities checks, etc
• To monitor the healthiness on the facilities, computer systems, and scheduled batch job execution
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with IT-related subjects studies
• At least 1 year of IT operation support experience in data centre environment
• 7 x 24 shift duty is required
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese)
• HK permanent resident is required
