Job Overview:
Support the Digital Department in coordinating digital asset and data.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry in MS Excel
- Data verification, Look up data and generate files in correct format
- Manage data and filing, keep files in the correct folders
- Follow-up of data delivery
- Support team in ad-hoc projects
Requirement:
- High Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines.
- 1 year working experience.
- Excellent in MS Excel (e.g. pivot table, vlookup). Knowledge in VBA and Access is in advantage.
- Optimistic, passionate, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Happy to work with team as well as individual work.
- Good command of spoken and written skills in English and Chinese
