Principal Responsibilities

• Analyze protocols with the owners to ensure that required information (experimental design, layout, hybrids, varieties, samples, determinations) are available in the databases where information is collected and processed (ex FTS, Scout, Velocity)
• Upload Protocols, create sets, attributions, templates in the systems and provide support to MDR’s, MDO's and protocol owners when required to upload data in the systems (ex FTS, Scout, Velocity, Plot Walker)
• Generate maps to enable the preparation of seed envelops, maps for trial planting and data collection for cooperators
• Perform data quality control applying thresholds and criteria defined
• Lead local forums, discussions and be a key member in regional communities for topics related to data collection / upload / quality, systems, digital tools and analytics
• Provide support on the set up, follow up and visibility of KPI´s (Key Performance Indicator)
• Contribute on the diffusionand communication of regional dashboards developed by Field Trialing to facilitate data tracking, quality control and visibility
• Generate local dashboards when required. n Plan and deliver field trainings in alignment with the IT and Field Trialing teams for data collection / upload to MDR's, third parties, and MDO´s
• Be a super user of tools/programs
• Lead projects for innovation & continuous improvement in field operations
• Look for synergy opportunities with other areas of the company in particular for data collection and processing

Principal Skills

• High degree in Agronomy (or related areas) or high degree in Data Systems&Analysis (or related areas)
• High knowledge on data mining, systems, Spotfire / Tableau, IT platforms & tools
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with agriculture and agricultural experimentation
• Excellence in organization and planning skills (Proactive)
• Very strong in Customer Centricity, Relationships & Networks and innovation
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Fluent in English
