About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Data Engineer who is looking to tackle challenges and build solutions. As a member of our Customer Enablement team, you will be in charge of converting raw data from a variety of data sources into usable information for analytics and business decision-making. You will be part of the RWS community team and be responsible for all aspects of the data science solution development lifecycle in our area, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.

What would you work on?

• Extract, transform and combine data from a variety of data sources
• Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
• Utilize analytical tools and programs (excel / powerBI)
• Deploy Machine learning algorithms and prototypes
• Conduct data analysis and report on results
• Build End user visualizations (dashboards)
• Evaluate business needs and objectives
• Identify opportunities for data acquisition and ML integrations

Do you have some, ideally most, of these experiences in your background?

• Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning / NLP data mining and model building and training.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R), software development and version control (GitHub)
• Being able to work independently – overcome issues and accomplish tasks in time and quality with little to no supervision.
• Strong English language written and verbal skills
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field and great numerical and analytical skills
