Integrate the Customer Information Care (CIC) Way Forward program, in particular ACAP (Asset Collector and Packager) solution, based on snaplogic technology, that collect and package digital assets (product types e.g. pictures, datasheets, etc) for external and internal customers, using Apache Kafka as a middle layer; Interact regularly with diverse stakeholders as consultant and enabler; Understanding and implementation of end2end change requests; Configuration and Support (2nd Level) of ACAP solution and Snaplogic nodes.
