Be bold when others would have given up and lead one of Siemens’ key data delivery teams within the domain of “Factory Data” to bring value to our business by developing and deploying next gen solutions for the Factory Data Cloud. Mission: To build scalable, performant and highly available data models & applications using the Siemens data analytics ecosystem. Use your proficiency in cloud to produce meaningful metrics, reports, and logs to debug and trace code in-line with the overall data architecture. Foster exchange between development teams to identify, share and exchange best practices. Using your expertise, your key tasks will be: Building data models by extracting, transforming, and processing unstructured or structured data from large, disconnected datasets; Working with major Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and associated warehouses and tools (Snowflake, DBT); Connecting external data to the cloud; Working on business scenarios in the different domains (eg. Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Finance) together with data analytics experts as well as domain experts to enhance the functionality of data systems; What you need to make real what matters.
