What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. The Global Data and Analytics (GDnA) team is responsible for all sales reporting in our commercial organization and supporting the GDnA platform. This young and dynamic DevOps team visualizes raw data and help the business build (Tableau) dashboards, which our colleagues in the field can use in their interactions with doctors and other healthcare professionals. The goal is to create advanced Customer 360 insights throughout our company to add value for our patients. • Develop code in MDM/EDL/ETL
• Development work related to new MCM design features
• Work with project team on user story development, data modeling, UAT & releases
• Informatica MDM Experience
• Maintains data quality with regard to Integrity, completeness, consistency, uniqueness and validity especially on IMS, sales data, forecast data, Multichannel data
• Strong understanding on MDM components - Product, Customer  and Territory integration, Business Rules
• Adopt Agile SCRUM development methodology in building and testing the application
• Debugging and Problem solving

What we expect of you

Required experience and skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Similar and 5+ Yrs of total experience with 4+ Yrs of relevant development and design experience
• Expert developer experience
• Experience in analyzing large data sets from Veeva and/or SFDC Marketing cloud and/or IQVIA (IMS Health)
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Data Requirement Analysis and Data Mapping for ETL processes
• Experience in testing the Business Intelligence applications
• Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented collaborative environment
• Strong experience in Data Warehousing and ETL using Informatica
• Good communicator and analytical skills
• ETL tools – Cloud based like – Informatica PowerCenter/Cloud, Snaplogic, Databricks and/or MuleSoft,SQL.
• Redshift/Spectrum cloud based database, knowledge of ODBC
• S3 or equivalent storage system
• AWS stack (or similar cloud based platforms)
• Alteryx
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
