Job Description:

• Processes change orders for SKU creation, changes and discontinuations, serves as administrator of the change control system.
• Interacts with various functional teams globally to meet department, project and business objectives.
• Identifies appropriate approvers in accordance with documented procedures.
• Executes product data changes for approved change orders in site support systems
• Provides end-users status updates on in-process SKUs as requested.
• Supports mass data updates in Agile and SAP/E1 with testing, as necessary.
• Supports product transfers, site consolidations, system improvements.
• Runs reports and queries related to the change management activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 – 3 years of experience in Product Life Cycle Management and Change Control.
• Proficiency in computer applications and MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, etc).
• Knowledge on ERP/PLM Systems - advantage.
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
• Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability.
• Ability to work in a team.
