Job Description

About the Role:
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Data Migration Lead will be responsible for leading the data migration effort for RWS’s implementation of Dynamics 365 CE. You will work closely with key stakeholders and project team members to understand business requirements and map data from legacy systems to the new Dynamics 365 CE platform.


Responsibilities:
* Lead the data migration effort for the Dynamics 365 CE implementation, including the development of data migration strategy, mapping, and testing
* Work closely with key stakeholders and project team members to understand business requirements and map data from legacy systems to the new Dynamics 365 CE platform
* Coordinate data migration activities with other project team members and manage data migration timelines and deliverables
* Develop and execute test cases and test scripts to ensure data migration integrity and accuracy
* Identify and resolve data migration issues and provide recommendations for data quality improvement
* Provide guidance and training to end-users on data migration and the use of the new Dynamics 365 CE platform
* Act as the primary point of contact for data migration related issues and questions.

Requirements:
* Experience in data migration, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, F&SCM and HR
* Strong understanding of data migration best practices and methodologies
* Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation
* Strong SQL and Excel skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience working in a project management environment
* Substantial experience working with databases, including T-SQL
* ETL tools capable of data cleansing and de-duplication


**Please note that this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract**
