The Privacy Paralegal will be a part of the Global Data Privacy Office and will provide operational and administrative support to the Data Privacy Officer for the D-A-CH region and will act as interface between DACH and privacy advisory support to the DACH businesses in accordance with Privacy legal operating guidelines.

The Privacy Paralegal will be a part of the Global Data Privacy Office and will provide operational and administrative support to the Data Privacy Officer for the D-A-CH region and will act as interface between DACH and privacy advisory support to the DACH businesses in accordance with Privacy legal operating guidelines.
What will you do?
- Carry out administrative tasks/ assist the DACH Data Privacy Officer and the Privacy Operations team
- Assist Privacy operations with the intake process/ tracking matters requests
- Prepare presentations/ statistics & gather relevant information
- Aassist with communications/ updates for internal circulation
- Proofread documents/ edit forms & documents for accuracy
- Perform research/ monitor relevant (legal) developments
- Prepare correspondence/ documents & written reports
- Respond to queries/ coordinate their processing
- Maintain team library & files/ update Intranet
- Schedule and attend meetings/ prepare notes
- Support team projects/ processes
- Provide/ coordinate translations

- Experienced paralegal
- Experience in global organizations or law firms with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, reliable and flexible
- Able to prioritize and keep deadlines
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Technology literacy (standard software, Internet)
- Interest in data protection & privacy/security issues
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a structured manner
- Able to identify issues & risks in order to report these to the Data Privacy team
- Fluency in both, German and English is essential; Sharepoint skills an advantage
