Data Quality Management has emerged across the financial services industry and beyond as one of the key enablers of efficient and effective processing, high-quality outputs commercial outcomes. As an industry leader in this space, UBS is evolving and enhancing its data management practices on an ongoing basis and is currently looking for you to support the design and deployment of the next evolution of its data quality framework. We're essentially looking for a talented project manager with proven business analysis skills in the data space to help us building-up and deliver on our vision of building the most efficient, effective, sustainable and trusted data environment possible.

• project-manage and drive the implementation of the Group Operations data strategy processes to be aligned to the UBS Group Strategy and demonstrate to be sustainably in compliance with the Data Management Policy
• define and execute the best implementation approach for each of the Group Operations Sector to not only achieve compliance to the Data Management Framework 2.0 but also to enable and ensure an increased use of data to improve efficiency and client service, and contribute to revenue generation using innovative technology
• enable, drive, an increased use of data quality management to improve efficiency and client service, and contribute to revenue generation using innovative technologies
• setup and lead cross-divisional working groups and workshops across a diverse community of interested parties within Group Operations, but also across Divisions and functions including Finance, Risk, Business, Group Data Management Office (DMO) and IT) to ensure adequate design of solutions that help to deliver sustainable changes.
• project manage change requests and changes across a vast spectrum, e.g. from designing the framework to IT and tool design and adoption; from culture change to effective data quality risk management
• act as a subject matter expert and advanced business analyst in creating the artifacts and best practices needed for an ongoing interaction with internal and external auditors and regulators to demonstrate adoption and adherence to the Data Management Policies and the expected execution of it
• design, develop and run Management Information Systems (MIS) and Scorecard to ongoing report to senior management the progresses made in term of data quality management and establishing a "data management and data risk" culture
