Data Protection and Privacy Analyst (Maternity cover)

Job Description
The analyst for the Global Data Protection and Privacy will be responsible for the coordination and management of projects in the Privacy and Cyberlaw program, including but not limited to the documentation of individual projects and processes within the team, administrative support and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the program. Support projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Analyze project status and, when necessary, work with project stakeholders to revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Develop and maintain periodic reporting of privacy program components Support development and change management related to policies, communication, notices and guidance for the privacy program Maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Qualifications Strong knowledge and understanding of IT systems and infrastructure in multinational companies. Ability to translate the legal obligations into project plans Demonstrated ability to lead projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong English language ability. Additional language capability (e.g. German, Spanish) a plus. Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization Ability to measure results of training and communications and demonstrate their impact on the organization High degree of independence and strong presentation skills Integrity and high standard professional ethics Strong intercultural skills and ability bridging cultural differences Experience with data protection and privacy management software (e.g. OneTrust, TrustArc) a plus.
