Job Overview
Within “Project 85+”, a technical field measure to be deployed and managed for both Van and Passenger Car divisions, the Reporting and Tracking Analyst will be responsible for delivering all required reporting within the Field Measures element of the final legal agreements; and that they are properly fulfilled and executed in accordance with the requirements of the aforementioned agreements. Additionally shall track key milestones and deadlines that are part of the program to ensure work streams/packages are provided timely and accurate KPIs to properly steer their areas of responsibility. Based on collected data points, the Reporting & Tracking analyst will create progress reports designed to update the cross-functional management group both within “Project 85+” and beyond.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Risk management and the Project Steering teams, define necessary internal and external reporting milestones, KPIs and content
- In collaboration with work package leadership, determine internal and external data sources for information on necessary reporting variables
- Ensure “One Source of Truth” concept by owning central tracking database containing all identified variables (linking existing data sources)
- Track aligned milestones and deadlines to ensure workstreams remain on track or create early transparency in case of deviations so that mitigation measures can be defined in collaboration with the Risk management and Project Steering team
- Define and create standard reporting templates, processes and KPI overviews to regularly update the project leadership team
- Regularly report (and present) progress and updates to cross-functional leadership structures beyond field measures
- In collaboration with Project Steering team, identify need for ad-hoc reporting and creation of ad-hoc reports for management team
