In this role, s/he will be responsible for driving a journey to leverage AI and ML to better insurance processes and business model benefitting both internal and external stakeholders from Distribution. The incumbent will work closely with business units across Asia and other functions in the Group office including Marketing, Distribution, Strategy, Propositions, Digital and Operations. His/her primary role will be the development of AI and machine learning solutions for Group Distribution – including but not limited to, improving customer acquisition and engagement, and distribution performance.

• Support senior level data scientists on AI model development

• Work with BI team in dashboard design and build

• Deliver customer insight through data analysis. Identify customers who are more likely to buy, refer, renew & claim

• Identify seller profiles that will product more and will have higher retention

• Identify and execute data driven targeting and remarketing strategy by closely working with Experience & eCommerce team

• Improve existing customer performance by identifying best available proposition for each customer (i.e. Next best product offer for xSell, Early warning churn model to improve retention)

• Recommend and execute campaign & lead management to optimize marketing ROI, improve conversion rates, portfolio profitability based on cross-sell, upsell & persistency analysis

• Implement & monitor early warning churn model to improve retention by offering the right conservation tools

• Diagnose partner campaign funnels, vitality funnel, automate campaign process

• Use AI / ML to identify and profile high-potential candidates (recruitment) and provide tailored training curriculum to improve productivity
