Job Objective
- Work in digital solution development team and with stakeholders throughout mainly finance and controlling departments to identify opportunities develop analysis and solutions by leveraging data.
- Work directly with product owners to understand pain points, business logic and explore data collected.
- Create and develop machine learning based PoC, MVPs and solution with positive result of validation.
- Implement machine learning and statistical models into production by collaborating with software developers.
- Communicate solution to collaborate with stakeholders to roll-out the product and change the operational process accordingly.
- Train and transfer machine learning and statistical skills and know-how to the finance colleagues.

Task Description
1. Advanced Data Analysis & Modeling
- Work in digital solution development team and with stakeholders throughout mainly finance and controlling departments to identify opportunities develop analysis and solutions by leveraging data.

2. Training
- Train and transfer machine learning and statistical skills and know-how to the finance colleagues.
- Design and develop digital content independently, deliver onsite and online training, follow-up and coach colleagues to ensure excellent training outcomes.
3. Learning
- Keep learning and tracking the cutting-edge trends, evaluate and introduce digital solutions from other industries and apply to Finance.
- Effectively identify use cases and conduct PoC to demonstrate and valid solutions.
